03 Welcome to Souvlaki GR, and thank you for taking the time to explore what could be the beginning of an exciting new chapter in your career. Souvlaki GR began with a simple idea: take the flavours we grew up with: fresh, honest, generous Greek street food, and bring them to communities across Australia with passion, pride, and a whole lot of heart. Today, that idea has grown into one of Australia’s fastest-rising Greek street-food brands, powered by a network of dedicated franchise partners who share our love for great food and exceptional hospitality. This Information Pack gives you a glimpse into who we are, what we stand for, and why our franchise model continues to gain momentum across the country. More importantly, it introduces you to a brand built on quality, consistency, and genuine connection with our customers, our team, our suppliers, and our wider community. We’re looking for franchise partners who are hungry for success. People who thrive in fast-paced environments, value customer service, and have experience in hospitality, management, sales or simply have the drive and determination to build a thriving business of their own. If you bring the passion, we’ll bring the training, support, and systems to help you grow. What makes Souvlaki GR special is our belief that everyone wins when we work together. While every franchise is independently owned, we operate as one strong, united brand with national buying power, collaborative systems, and a shared commitment to excellence. When one of us succeeds, we all rise with them. As you read through this pack, I hope you can see the opportunity ahead. Not just to run a business, but to become part of a brand with ambition, momentum, and big plans for the future. If this sparks something in you, we’d love to hear from you. 06 Souvlaki GR Franchise Pty Ltd The Souvlaki GR concept was Founded by the Karagiozis Family's goal of combining local Australian produce with traditional Greek street cuisine. Sam worked his way through various hospitality business from the age of 15, eventually founding Souvlaki GR with the support of his late father Anastasios, in early 2016. Today, Souvlaki GR pays homage to its beginnings by focusing on providing the best quality gyros on charcoal in Australia and supporting franchisees to follow in their footsteps by creating their own successful businesses. The Souvlaki GR difference is that every member of our team, from kitchen hands to Franchisee's, knows and understands the local origins of the ingredients that go into creating the food that we prepare. By sourcing local produce, we ensure our food tastes great, and we support local producers and businesses. In the increasingly corporate and impersonal world of fast-food chains, Australian consumers have continually supported Souvlaki GR’s focus on authentic ingredients and passionate and present store owners. Having grown from one store in 2016 to 16 stores in 2024, the Souvlaki GR team is ready for you to start writing your own chapter in our brands’ story as our newest franchisee and team member. OUR COMPANY

07 Souvlaki GR’s primary goal is to create Australia’s best gyros cooked on charcoal at a price all Australians can afford.
