His ancestors were members of the Cabrogal clan of the Dharug Nation who lived along the Georges River in Sydney. In fact, Freeman is a direct descendant of Lucy Burns/Leane, who was the last native woman to live in the Liverpool district during the 1800s.

And our Indigenous heritage runs strongly throughout the company: • 66% of the executive team • 20% of the total workforce Here are the key members of the E-Bisglobal leadership team who will provide guidance and support for your business: Paul Freeman EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN As the founder of E-Bisglobal, Paul has over 40 years’ experience in print, manufacturing and IT industries. He began his career with NSW Government and progressed into sales and marketing of commercial printing and business forms. By 1987, Paul secured the role as Managing Director of a group with over 100 staff across three printing companies and an office consumables division. This experience paved the way for Paul to fulfil his dream in 1990 and establish “Off and Running Print Management.” By 2000, the company relaunched as E-Bisprint, later transitioning to E-Bisglobal. Paul was featured in “50 Unsung Business Heroes” and continues to play an important role in the business growth and expansion. Sean Havard CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER Sean brings an extensive background in financial management, auditing and forensic accounting to E-Bisglobal. After graduating from the University of Alaska Anchorage in 1998 with a Bachelor of Business Administration, he worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers and Apple in the United States and Australia. During this time, he gained significant experience engaging with clients across industries and markets. Sean started at E-Bisglobal back in 2005 as Finance Director. After a stint with WorkCover NSW (now icare) where he was tasked with the revitalisation of risk management, Sean returned to E-Bisglobal in 2013. As our dynamic Chief Executive Officer, Sean leads the team of experienced and enthusiastic executives. 8 8
Catherine Gibson SALES AND MARKETING DIRECTOR Catherine is the sales and marketing leader at E-Bisglobal, with experience in print management and online solutions spanning more than two decades. She has an enviable track record in relationship management and works collaboratively with clients to deliver successful outcomes. As E-Bisglobal capitalised on the shift towards ecommerce, Catherine played an instrumental role in the development of the online procurement system. Based on this wealth of knowledge, she contributes to the global industry and has represented E-Bisglobal at trade shows and with key suppliers in the United States, China and Thailand. Catherine acts as the primary contact for major government and corporate clients. Will Freeman GENERAL MANAGER Will joined E-Bisglobal as General Manager in 2022, after employment as a finance trainee between 2004 and 2006. He holds a Bachelor of Finance from the University of Newcastle and a Masters of Applied Finance from the Financial Securities Institute of Australia. Will worked for 14 years at NSW TCorp, Australia’s 3rd largest investment fund with assets under management of more than $100 billion. Within institutional management, his key areas of expertise include investment strategy and due diligence, project management and implementation, relationship management and real estate investment. At E-Bisglobal, Will has taken a leadership role with accountability for financial management and operational performance. Steve Punshon NATIONAL SALES MANAGER Steve is highly accomplished business development professional with extensive industry experience across Australian and European markets. After studying Economics and Business Management at London Business School, he joined the print manager Centurion and worked on commercial contracts. Steve then held senior management roles for blue-chip companies including Capita the business process outsourcer and Staples the global office and workforce solutions provider. Whilst at Staples, he managed and rolled out the print-on-demand solution across Europe. Based on company growth, Steve joined E-Bisglobal in 2021 where he focuses on the commercial performance of major accounts and promotes a positive team culture. Mick Armstrong IT MANAGER Mick is a senior information technology professional with over 20 years’ experience, predominantly in manufacturing and distribution environments. With a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Information Technology from Macquarie University, he possesses expertise in all aspects of system design, development and integration across multiple platforms. As a key member of the executive team since 2022, Mick manages a diverse team to uplift the E-Bisglobal experience and achieve company objectives. With a laser focus on technology-led managed services, he adds significant value to government and corporate clients in terms of strategic thinking, technical solutions and project management. 9
