Before Biga, I worked in corporate management for international companies, which taught me discipline and consistency. But over time, food became what I truly cared about, and I decided to pursue it fully. Q: How did your journey into baking develop? A: I spent many years working across different pastry, dessert, and bakery businesses to build hands-on experience. That journey is now over 12 years in the industry, and it continues to shape how I approach baking every day. Q: What makes Biga Artisan Bakery unique? A: We focus on artisan bread, pastries, cakes, Italian savouries, and pizzas, all made with genuine care and quality ingredients. Italian food is a big influence, it’s honest and simple. I’m also fortunate to work with our Italian baker, Valerio, who brings over 20 years of experience and deep knowledge of traditional Italian baking. Q: What does the bakery mean to you and the local community? A: As a father of three living locally in East Killara, being part of this community means a lot to me.
