After a stronger-than-expected 2025, when property values rebounded with double-digit annual growth in many areas, the outlook is for continued growth at a more moderate, sustainable pace. Industry forecasts suggest that local prices could rise around 4–6% over the year, with standout homes in premium beachside suburbs (from Manly to Palm Beach) potentially achieving even higher gains. Lifestyle Appeal and Buyer Demand Drivers Lifestyle locations like the Northern Beaches continue to attract robust buyer interest. The appeal of coastal living, with beautiful beaches, café culture and open space is a key driver drawing families, professionals and remote workers into the area. This lifestyle magnetism, combined with Sydney’s ongoing population growth and a tight rental market, is fuelling sustained demand. With expanded eligibility for 5% deposit loans, more first-timers are competing for entry-level houses and apartments. A: Regular checking and replacing of flexible hoses which can rust over time and unfortunately burst when you are least expecting it, causing huge amounts of water damage to your property.
