As we head into the new year, the Perth property market continues to shine, being one of the most competitive buying markets in Australia. According to REIWA Perth’s median sale price in December rose 1.7 per cent from November 2024 and 23.3 per cent higher than December 2023. Homeowners have hit the ground running as we see a steady increase of homes coming to market in January 2025.
