1 Simon Pigliardo Director | Ray White Inner North Like the hot autumn days we experienced in March, our hot property market is set to continue. The Perth market has kept sizzling through the first month of autumn, with REIWA reporting that Perth’s median house sale price set a new record in March increasing by 2.5 percent to $620,000. The median unit sale price also rose over the month increasing by 1.2 percent to $420,000 in March. The median number of days on market for houses remained steady at just 8 days in A MESSAGE FROM

2 March (which is five days faster than March 2023) while the median days on market for units was 10 which is one day slower than in February and a remarkable 10 days faster than in March 2023. REIWA are projecting a further 10% rise in prices this year. With recent inflation figures fuelling talk of the possibility of interest rate reductions later in the year, continued rising rents, and population growth. We don’t see a slowdown in the sales or rental markets happening any time soon.
