The summer quarter; lots of family time, travel, and plenty of time at home, too. The market has been moving positively through summer, with our agents noting a pleasing increase in open-home attendances, more negotiations per property, and some strong sales results feeding through as well. There have been some major market movements in Bungendore and the surrounding areas. A residential record sales price was achieved at 79 Trucking Yard land in Bungendore late last year, setting the Bungendore residential sales record at $2,100,000. How exciting for our community to see properties of this calibre, and congratulations to the owners and buyers of this stunning home.
