Welcome to your 2023/24 property report for Bella Vista and Norwest. As your area specialists, we’ll keep you well informed on the local property market with the facts and information to help guide your real estate decisions in the future. The property market in Bella Vista is experiencing a great lack of supply of properties for sale. For example, so far this year in 2024 there have been 22 properties sold, vs 50 properties sold in the same period last year. This is good news for homeowners as properties for sale are generally being bought quickly and at high prices. Sale prices are also holding steady with the median sale price for houses hovering around the $2.4 million mark. The growth rate is also in positive territory, however it is slower than the last few years, which can be attributed to wider economic factors, such as interest rate uncertainty and cost of living pressures. We are currently working with prequalified buyers who are actively looking to move into Bella Vista in the next six months.
