4 Teams Real-time collaboration and communication Microsoft Teams is a powerful collaboration platform that offers numerous benefits to your office: Real-time communication Allowing team members to communicate with each other in real time via instant messaging, voice and video calls. This feature makes it easier to collaborate and share information quickly, regardless of location. Centralised platform Team members can access all the tools they need to collaborate, including file sharing. This reduces the need for multiple applications and helps to streamline workflows. Integration with other Microsoft tools Teams integrates seamlessly with other Microsoft tools, such as OneDrive, SharePoint and Outlook, making it easier to share files and manage projects across different platforms. Collaboration across different devices Teams can be accessed from a variety of devices including desktops, laptops, tablets and mobile phones, making it easy to collaborate and communicate on the go. Enhanced security Teams provides enhanced security features, such as two-factor authenticator and secure guest access to ensure that data and information are kept safe. 8 Marketing ambassador group We want to create a platform for our marketing experts to excel and grow in your role, by building a marketing ambassador group across our network. There will be one key marketing admin in each office who will be seen as an extension of our Head Office Marketing team. We highly encourage you to frequently present a marketing update in your Sales and/or Office meetings. This will provide you the opportunity to share both head office and supplier updates, gather feedback on new products and hear new ideas from your agents. Each quarter we will hold a marketing ambassador meeting where you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between internal office conversations and the head office marketing team. By sharing your insights and feedback to the wider marketing ambassador group, we will ensure what is being created is the most relevant and requested products, while also updating existing products by improving these with your feedback.

Brand Refresh and Logo Exciting news! Our brand refresh is almost finished, and as part of this process, we kindly ask you to discontinue using any old branding and logos in your marketing materials. We understand that certain exceptional circumstances may arise, such as sponsorships or requests for local artwork. Training • Interactive training sessions are held on the first Tuesday of each month • The Academy has over 25 “How to” courses all under 5 minutes for your convenience • Access Best Practice links in the Resouce Library for setting up agents proposals. How to build a Listing Kit All elements of the physical listing kit, can be placed within the new brand proposal folders with a Belle and/or Sitchu magazine added to the back of the folder. Each agent may prefer to bundle the contents differently using the marketing materials available. Visit The Academy to access self-paced courses, webinar recordings and view the upcoming training calendar with live sessions held frequently across all roles. Below we have outlined some of the recommended courses for administrators: First Impressions Creating a positive first impression is crucial in any customer-facing role. This course will assist our receptionists with establishing the foundations to be incredible in your role, by creating a lasting impression, building rapport and dealing with difficult situations to managing information in the office and providing administration support to the wider team, making you a valuable team member in the office. Cyber Security It is important to understand cyber security risks and how to protect your business and customers using our best practice processes. In this course, we will discuss the challenges you and your office may experience, common attacks with a live demonstration of how a hacker can get into your system and how to prevent attacks on your business and also personally. The Milestones of Onboarding Onboarding new team members can be a time-consuming and daunting experience. The Milestones of Onboarding course has been created to educate administrators on the purpose of an induction plan and how to successfully onboard new team members effectively into the office using our best practice processes.
