As the Principal and Founder of the company, Robert Pignataro is a highly qualified and experienced professional with over 30 years of industry experience in all aspects of property consulting, development, sales and management, as well as being the Managing Director of Strathfield Partners. Result orientated leader with proven outstanding track record with multinational companies as well as individual clients. Ability to harness and direct talent and energy of a diverse team to ensure outstanding results above expectations. Strongly motivated, articulate and confident personality with an in-depth knowledge of market trends and strategic management. Frank Portolesi completed school in 1990, and in 1991 commenced a Land Economics Degree at the University of Technology, Sydney. He commenced his career in real estate in 1993 under the watchful eye of Frank Miehs, who is a legend in the real estate industry. In 1997, Frank undertook the step of establishing his own business with the aim of providing strong customer service. Frank is the Licensee of Strathfield Partners and is also a Licensed Valuer. Hard work, and continual upgrading of customer care has seen the business grow from its infancy to a business at the fore front of real estate service.
