That held true throughout 2025. While broader Sydney narratives fluctuated, Breakfast Point continued to demonstrate: consistent buyer demand, strong owneroccupier appeal and measured, reliable price performance. Throughout the year we saw particular strength in larger three-bedroom apartments, with premiums achieved for outlook, natural light and proximity to the water. Community Community sits at the heart of everything we do. In 2025, we began the year with a Chinese New Year Dragon Dance outside our office, we proudly supported St Patrick’s Catholic Primary School through event sponsorships, and brought people together at our annual charity golf day. Throughout the year we supported local charities, shared Breakfast Point Realty bags at the Spring Festival, took part in the Christmas Carols, and closed the year by gifting our clients a Christmas ham — a small thank you to a community that continues to support us.
