Open for inspection Our leasing team will organise and oversee all open homes and private inspections, greeting prospective tenants in person at the advertised or arranged times, answer any enquiries they may have and gauge feedback. Additionally, the team will conduct a complimentary video walkthrough to send to prospective interstate tenants. Securing the right tenants We will review tenant applications and update you regularly on the progress of inspections. We will vet all candidates, present you with a high-level summary and a recommendation for your consideration, then contact references for your preferred tenant. Your Property Manager will discuss the suitability of each candidate with you and assist with your final decision. Finalising the leasing process We will conduct a thorough property inspection to detail and record the cosmetic condition of the property before occupancy. Following that the Tenancy Agreement will be prepared & signed, and the Bond will be arranged and lodged with the Bond Authority. Finally, any compliance for the tenancy will be completed and then the keys will be handed over! We position your investment for success. We will prepare a tailored marketing program to find the right tenants for your property.
