FORECAST. Sydney’s property market is forecast to grow 3–7% through the remainder of 2025, underpinned by strong fundamentals including limited supply, population-driven demand, and easing borrowing conditions. Dwelling values have already increased 1.3% year-on-year, with prices now sitting just 1.4% below their previous peak, indicating a steady recovery in momentum. New housing supply remains constrained, with approvals falling nearly 19% year-on-year, further supporting upward price pressure.
