This being said, we were still able to achieve the second highest price ever recorded in Cromer with 88 Toronto Avenue, Cromer selling for $4,526,000. Market Update. A Word from the Agents Throughout last year we experienced a lack of properties being listed for sale due to property owners needing the time to work out the new market. The fourth quarter of 2022 produced a significant increase in buyer activity and we were recording multiple successful auctions campaigns. Included in this report are all sales recorded in 2022.
